Churned

Churned is a SaaS platform focused on reducing churn and improving customer retention through data-driven insights. I supported the platform by optimizing the website in Framer, improving structure, clarity, and overall performance. In addition to the website optimizations, I created a range of marketing assets to support growth and acquisition. This included single image ads, customer case ads, benchmark report ads, and founder-led ad creatives — all designed to clearly communicate value, credibility, and product impact across paid channels.
